SAINT RAYMOND RETURNS TO CARDIFF
Saint Raymond (aka Callum Burrows) combines the uniquely British idiosyncratic energy of Foals with the arena-sized appeal of Vampire Weekend. He boasts melodic anthems that pack an immediate punch from their infectious choruses with lyrics that pithily address the poignancy and euphoria of life in your late teens and early twenties.
His debut album Young Blood reached the UK Top 10 upon release in 2015. It achieved great praise from the broadsheets and indie tastemakers, while also receiving strong support from BBC Radio 1. Zane Lowe was a big fan of Saint Raymond at the station, featuring him as his ‘Hottest Record In The World’ and inviting him to perform a Maida Vale session.
Saint Raymond’s feel-good indie anthems have also captivated arenas, where he supported Ed Sheeran throughout the UK and Europe in 2014. He’s also played with the likes of HAIM and Jake Bugg on major tours throughout the country.
In 2017 he returned with A Light That Blinds EP, and has released three new singles throughout 2018, including latest release One More Night which you can listen to here: https://AWAL.lnk.to/OneMoreNight
Saint Raymond will come to Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff on Tuesday the 6th of November. Tickets for this event go on sale Friday the 15th of September at 10am through Ticketmaster.co.uk, Gigantic.com and Seetickets.com
